Wikipedia's parent tells court: either extreme in NYT v. OpenAI threatens the open web

The Wikimedia Foundation has filed an amicus brief in the NYT v. OpenAI case, backing fair use for some AI training and RAG but warning that either extreme ruling could threaten the open web.
